Return and Refund Policy

At SmartHacks Co., we stand behind the quality of our curated tech and gadgets. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations or arrives with an issue, our straightforward return and refund process is here to help.

1. Return Timeframe and Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same state that you received it.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We rigorously test our products, but transit issues can occasionally happen. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect gadget, please contact us at smarthacks.customercare@gmail.com within [3 DAYS] (we recommend 48 hours) of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and its packaging.

  • We will immediately arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products or digital access codes.

  • Items that have been visibly used, altered, or damaged by customer mishandling.

  • Any item returned more than 7 DAYS after delivery.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, SmartHacks Co. will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process and Timing

Once your return is received and inspected at our vault, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Timing: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24-48 hours (typically 5-7 business days, depending on your bank).

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at smarthacks.customercare@gmail.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged out of the box. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, send us an email at smarthacks.customercare@gmail.com. If you want a different product, you will need to process a standard return for a refund and place a new order.
