  • Timelines: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments caused by our courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the courier/carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

In no event shall our maximum liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or your purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
