Shipping Policy

At SmartHacks Co., our goal is to get your new tech upgrades from our vault to your door as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a viral product launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Timeframes

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [3-5 BUSINESS DAYS]. Shipping cost: ₹49 or Free on orders over ₹999).

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within [1-2 BUSINESS DAYS]. Shipping cost: 99

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, logistical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our carrier's control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within [24-48 HOURS] after the email is sent.

  • You can use this number to track your package directly on our "Track Order" page or the designated delivery partner's website.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

We want to ensure your gadgets arrive in perfect working condition.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with our logistics partner.

  • Stolen Packages: SmartHacks Co. is not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been successfully marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the provided address.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

5. International Shipping

(Choose the option below that applies to your store and delete the other)

Option A (Domestic Only): Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Option B (International): We offer international shipping to [LIST OF COUNTRIES/REGIONS]. International shipping costs are [₹199] and estimated delivery is [7-14 BUSINESS DAYS]. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SmartHacks Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
