I own another resistance band that doesn't offer much resistance so I was hesitant to order this one. Boy, am I glad I went for it! This band offers way more resistance than my old one does, the handles are wide enough and soft enough that it's comfortable to hold on to, it feels like a quality product, and it's easy to store! If I dont' wear shoes, I can even fit my foot through one handle to hold that end on the ground and then I can do bicep curls with the other end.If I were going to name a con of this resistance band, it would be the color.I'm glad I ordered this resistance band and I recommend it.
The pink resistance band is approximately 18 inches long with 4 inches wide handles.The band is made of thick and durable natural latex. The good quality band has a good amount of resistance and is easy to use for an effective workout. The grip area is soft and comfortable. My hands have a good fit inside the handles.The band is a decent value and functions well to strengthen muscles.
